John D. Woodward (b. 1934) was a Mormon missionary in West Germany.

John D. Woodward was born on August 1, 1934. From September 8, 1954 to March 27, 1957, he served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the West Germany Mission. During this time, he served in many capacities in the mission. After returning from his mission, John attended school at Brigham Young University. On March 28, 1964, he and Constance J. Perry were married in Los Angeles, California.
