Variant namesDr. Otto Voss graduated from the National Medical College at Columbian University, Washington, D.C. on March 17, 1892. He was sent as a physician to St. Paul Island, Alaska in 1892. He served as a physician for two years, then became Agent in Charge of the North America Commercial Company. He was killed in a horse accident on St. Paul in 1897.
