Burns, Herbert, 1917-

Burns (1917- ) served with the 31st Infantry Division and was taken prisoner by the Japanese on the Philippines. A survivor of the Bataan Death March, Burns was liberated in 1945 and returned to Wisconsin, eventually settling in Rio.
