University of Michigan. Vice Provost for Health Affairs.
Created after dissolution of the Vice Provost for Medical Affairs position, this office exercised oversight responsibility for health and hospital issues while serving as an advisor to the provost and president. Rhetaugh G. Dumas held the office from 1994 to 1996. In late 1996 a new position, Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs was created.
