Phinney, Robert L. (Robert Lorin), 1910-
Robert Lorin Phinney (b. 1910) was a friend of President Lyndon B. Johnson. He was the postmaster in Austin, Texas from 1947 to 1952, and a district director of the Internal Revenue Service after 1952.
