Philadelphia Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. Arrangements and Hospitality Committee.
The Arrangements and Hospitality Committee cooperated with the Planning Committee and Clerks of Yearly Meeting to implement the Yearly Meeting agenda. The Meal Committee, called the Lunch Committee until 1983, was responsible for food service at the Yearly Meeting Sessions. The Planning Committee set up the Agenda, choosing and arranging the schedule.
