Stanton family.
Charles Edwin Stanton (1909-1987) was a Denver (Colo.) based interior decorator. He attended the University of Denver; the University of Colorado; and the Parson Schools of Design in New York City, N.Y., and Paris, France. In 1956, he married May Bonfils (1883-1962), the daughter of the co-founder of the Denver Post. His brother, Robert E. Stanton (1903-2000), was a chemical engineer and President of Bonfils-Stanton Foundation.
