Nicholls, Henry M. (Henry Marks), b. 1871.
Worked for the U.S. Geological Survey in Niagara County. When the Pan-American Exposition offices opened, he was employed in the treasurer's office, and was later appointed secretary to the treasurer and acting auditor.
