Vigness, David M., 1922-1979
Variant namesProfessor of history at Texas Tech University from 1955-1979. Chairman of the History Department from 1961-1978. Specialized in Latin American history. Vigness was a Lubbock Rotary Club member, Board Member of the Austin Theological Seminary, and an elder of the Lubbock First Presbyterian Church.
