O. John Rogge was a graduate of Harvard Law School (LL.B. 1925, S.J.D. 1931). He was counsel to the Reconstruction Finance Corporation (1931-1937), special counsel to the Securities and Exchange Commission (1937-1938), special assistant in the criminal division of the Dept. of Justice (1939-1940), and special assistant to the attorney general of the U.S. He died in 1981. Haskell Cohn was a 1925 graduate of Harvard Law School.
