Smith, Leila Bunce.
Miss Bunce was a Home Economics instructor at First District A & M School in 1917. This menu won first prize on Georgia Products Day. She later married Turner E. Smith, an Atlanta publisher whose firm published the two books on secondary-school Home Economics which she co-authored: Advanced Course in Home Making (1939) and First Course in Home Making (1941).
