Edgell, Elsie Aldrich, 1888-1967.
Elsie Aldrich Edgell was the youngest daughter of Senator Nelson W. Aldrich of Rhode Island. Senator Aldrich was one of the most influential senators during the Progressive Age. In December, 1914, Elsie married Stephen Maurice Edgell, who at the time was serving as third vice president of the Great Western Sugar Company as well as director of the Great Western Railway Corporation.
