Bateman, Howard.
Howard Bateman was the agricultural extension agent of Seneca County, N.Y. from approximately 1954 until 1965. In 1965, he assumed responsibilities with the SUGAR BEET EXTENSION PROGRAM of the New York State College of Agriculture. Prior to 1954, Mr. Bateman was the assistant county agent of Cayuga County, N.Y.
