Hutchins, Thomas, fl. 1774-1775.
Thomas Hutchins, governor of the Albany Factory belonging to the Hudson's Bay Company in 1774, who later went to London as secretary to the Company. Not to be confused with Captain Thomas Hutchins, author of Topographical Description of Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina.
