Isaac N. Carr was a Wellman, Iowa farmer and businessman. He served with the 11th Iowa Infantry in the Civil War and was active with the Grand Army of the Republic and veterans affairs after the war. He was a director of the Wellman Savings Bank and had real estate interests in California.
