Long-time resident of Concord, Mass., and member of the First Parish in Concord. On July 21, 1983, he presented a statement to Concord's Historic Districts Commission against proposed alterations to the church building of the First Parish. Having unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue through channels within the church organization, Mr. Teele appealed to the Commission independently, as "a concerned private citizen." Although approved by vote of the Parish on May 26, 1983, the renovation plan was rejected by the Commission at its July 21 meeting.
(Cont.) The First Parish received approval for an alternative plan submitted to the Commission in May, 1984.
