Weston F. Milliken was born in Poland, Maine, September 28, 1829 and died on November 19, 1899, in Portland, Me. He was married to Mary Webster Palmer (born in Orono July 4, 1844), and also Martha Haskell, who was born in New Gloucester, July 23, 1834 and died August 16, 1870. Melvin Cox Brandon (1868-1951), originally from Tennessee, was married to Georgietta Milliken (b. 1869). They settled in Portland, and Melvin worked for the family company, Milliken Tomlinson Company. Their daughters were Ruth M. Brandon and Louise Milliken Brandon (later Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt Allen). Georgietta was the daughter of George Milliken (1840-1899) and Henrietta A. Barbour (b. 1839). Ruth M. Brandon (1900-1989) was married to Albert Strehlke (1896-1982). Frank Barbour Milliken (b. 1867) was the son of George and Henrietta Milliken. He also worked at the Milliken Tomlinson Company.
