Edward William Bullard (1911- ) was a chief petty officer at the Norfolk Navy Yard (now the Norfolk Naval Shipyard), Portsmouth, Va., and later a gunnery officer on various United States Navy ships during World War II. His wife, Clara Kale Bullard (1916- ), lived in Belmont, N.C., during the War.
