Paine, William P. (William Pomeroy), 1802-1876
Variant namesRev. William Pomeroy Paine (1802-1876) was born in Ashfield, Mass. He graduated from Amherst College in 1827, and from Andover Theological Seminary in 1832. In 1833, he was ordained in Holden, Mass., and practiced the ministry there for forty-two years.
