Knapp, James B. (James Barclay), 1915-1999
James Barclay Knapp (b. Aug. 13, 1915, Macomb, Ill.-d. Feb. 18, 1999), retired air force officer, reached the rank of major general of the U.S. Air Force in 1961. He was commander of Goose Air Force Base in Labrador from 1953 to 1957.
