Ferté, Thomas.
English professor (retired), Western Oregon University; began teaching career at Portland State University in 1963; also taught in Wyoming and at Oregon College of Education (later, Western Oregon University); created and directed the Monmouth Institute on Creative Writing 5 summers at WOU; for 15 years published a literary annual, Calapooya Collage, which sponsored the annual Carolyn Kizer poetry prize; editor of Adrian Lee Press, which published two books by William Stafford.
