Biography / Administrative History
The Goulds were a prominent, Owosso, Michigan family.
Amos Gould founded the First National Bank of Owosso in 1865, and was its president until his death in 1882. He was also Owosso's first mayor, elected in 1859. His brother, Ebenezer Gould, was a commanding officer of the 5th Michigan Cavalry.
