Golemba has been employed as an Instructor (1979); Faculty Member (1980-1981); Assistant Professor (1982-1988); Associate Professor (1989-1992); and a full Professor of Sociology at Saint Leo College Military Education Program. she authored Lesser-Known Women: A Biographical Dictionary (1992).
