South Dakota. Governor (1969-1971 : Frank L. Farrar)
Born at Britton, South Dakota on April 2, 1929. Economic development, consumer protection and reform of the insurance program were major issues during his administration. Created the Commission on Constitutional Revision. Upon leaving office returned to Britton, to practice law.
