Davidson, E. L. Baxter, 1858-1944.
Edward Lee Baxter Davidson was a member of the Davidson College class of 1881. He became a real estate dealer in Charlotte, N.C., and shared ownership of some property with R.A. Childs. He was a generous donor to Davidson College. The faculty room in the Chambers Building on the college campus is named for him.
