Colston, John.
John Colston was a surgeon and contemporary of Sir John Franklin (1786-1847). He resided in Herefordshire and during the autumn of 1849 he corresponded with Jane, Lady Franklin regarding the British Naval Northwest Passage Expedition, 1845-1848 (leader Sir John Franklin)
