Retail Credit Men's Association (Boulder, Colo.)
The Retail Credit Men's Association, established in January 1901, was a credit rating service and collection agency for member Boulder County merchants. At its first meeting, Edwin L. Coates was elected secretary, with a salary of $50/ month and an office. The 1901 Boulder County directory (p. 110) lists the Retail Credit Men's Association of Boulder County in Room 2, National State Bank Building. In the 1906-1907 directory (p. 150) it is over People's Store, 1243 Pearl St.
