Mosbacher, Cecil, b. 1898.
Cecil Mosbacher (b. 1898), Alameda County Superior Court judge, was placed on the bench by Governor Earl Warren in 1951, serving as the court's presiding judge from 1960-1962, the first woman to do so. Before assuming the judgeship, Mosbacher was a member of then Alameda County District Attorney Earl Warren's staff.
