Albert Charles Scott
Albert Charles Scott was born in 1872. He was educated at Burgoyne House Academy and entered the Royal Navy. During the First World War, he commanded HMS Blonde and HMS Dublin and in 1918, was awarded the CBE. He retired from the Navy as vice-admiral and died on 16 March 1969.
