Jenna, William W. (William Wallace), 1895-

William W. Jenna graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1917 and was appointed as 2nd Lieutenant. He was promoted to 1st Lieutenant in 1918 and assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Greece as Assistant Military Attache. In 1922 he was sent to Coblenz, Germany, where he was promoted to Captain. He attended Signal School during 1922-1923, and Infantry School during 1934-1935. He was promoted to Colonel in 1942, and served with the 34th Infantry in the Philippines campaign. He retired from the military in 1954.
