W H Dinsmore & Sons (chartered surveyors : c1872-1992 : Glasgow, Scotland)
W H Dinsmore & Sons were established in around 1872 and operated as chartered quantity surveyors in Glasgow. Their offices were at 65 West Regent Street, Glasgow from 1876 until 1880, when they moved to 140 Bath Street. By 1929 they had moved to 102 Bath Street, where they remained until 1992. Partners included Ian Jenkins (1935-1989) and James Gowan (1964-1992). On his retirement in 1992 James Gowan closed the firm down.
