Melchiorre, Irelene.
Irelene Melchiorre grew up in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Syracuse in 1986. She has been an active member of the Latino community of Syracuse since her arrival. She is a founding Member of ANCLAS (Association of Neighbors Concerned with Latino Advancement), and has also worked at the Spanish Action League and served as a Hispanic Caucus member.
