Fort Drum Steering Council (Watertown, N.Y.)
Organization founded in 1984 to prepare the communities surrounding the U.S. Army base Fort Drum, near Watertown, New York, for the increase in military and civilian population due to the expansion of the base. The organization disbanded in 1990.
