Bell, Frank Frederick.
Frank Frederick Bell was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He was a lieutenant and captain, 45th, 143rd, and 195th U.S. Aero Squadrons; major and lieutenant colonel, U.S. Coast Artillery Reserve, lieutenant colonel, 398th U.S. Engineer Regiment; colonel, 373rd U.S. Engineer Regiment; and brigadier general, Reserves.
