Raiguel, William, 1875-1941.
William Otis Raiguel worked in the architectural office of John Galen Howard as draftsman and office manager. He traveled extensively in western Europe, the eastern United States, and Canada in 1905 and again in 1911.

Biography
William Otis Raiguel was born in Freehold, New Jersey on September 25, 1875. In 1905, he traveled to England, France, and Italy. In 1911, Raiguel traveled from San Francisco to Portland, Seattle, and Canada. After taking the train across Canada, he visited Pennsylvania and New York and then boarded a ship for Europe. From July 18 to the middle of December, Raiguel traveled in England, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, and Egypt.
William Raiguel was a member of John Galen Howard's office, and assisted in preparing plans for some of the buildings on the University of California, Berkeley campus. The buildings he collaborated on include Boalt Hall, Wheeler Hall, Sather Gate, and the Campanile on the Berkeley campus, and the First Congregational Church in Oakland. In 1926 he retired to his home in Monterey, California . He died in 1941.
