Bunker served as the first State Forester of Alabama, 1924-ca. 1938. He was born in Wisconsin in 1875. Graduated University of Montana, 1904, and made his career in forestry, moving through several states. First municipal forester in U.S., serving Fitchburg, Mass. Saw military service in Spanish-American War and World War I. His post-retirement activities are unknown.
