Carter, Sarah Jean, 1977-
Carter was born in Orlando, Florida and grew up learning to cook with her mother. She attended Brigham Young University and married Jonathan Carter. Merging two families and their different philosophies, values, and traditions prompted Carter to compile this collection of family recipes and traditions from both families.
