Kingswood Elementary School was located at 519 Ferrell Street in Cary, North Carolina. It was built in 1953, with additions in 1958 and 1959, to be the elementary school for African American children in Cary. The architect was Frank B. Simpson of Raleigh, North Carolina, and the designer was C. Eugene Savage, also of Raleigh.
