Lindsay, R. A. (Expo 74)
In 1959 a group of Spokane businessmen, organized as Spokane Unlimited, contributed their own funds to commission a $150,000 civic redevelopment study from Ebasco Services, Inc., New York. The long-range plan was presented to the City of Spokane in 1961.
