Charter Committee for the City of New Orleans.
The Charter Committee for the City of New Orleans, also called the Citizens' Charter Committee, worked with Mayor Morrison and city officials to create a charter document for the City of New Orleans, which would be consistent with the practices of other cities in the United States.
