Alonzo Cline Douglass; minister of the United Presbyterian Church of North America; graduated fron Monmouth College in 1890 and from Xenia Seminary in 1893. His pastoral career was spent entirely in the Midwest (including Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Neb.; Biggsville, Ill.; Jetmore and Sterling, Kan.; and San Francisco, Calif.) and represented 53 years of continuous service when he retired in 1956.
