Norvell, Otway B., fl. 1860-1891.
Otway B. Norvell (fl. 1860-1891) was a Confederate soldier who served with the 2nd Kentucky Cavalry Regiment. He was captured in 1863 and imprisoned at Camp Douglas near Chicago, Ill., until 1865.
