Dougall, William
William Dougall was a prominent citizen of Joliet, Illinois, a doctor, past postmaster, active in the Republican party, and Captain of Company I, 13th U.S. Colored Infantry during the Civil War. John A. Londenberg was caretaker of Dougall's property in Fair Oaks.
