Nathan Williams Pearson (b. 1911) was a banking and finance executive who was employed by several businesses controlled by the Mellon family of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pearson joined T. Mellon & Sons in 1948, and served as vice president from 1957 to 1970. Pearson was subsequently appointed chairman and chief executive officer of Mellon Bank N.A. and the Mellon Bank Corporation. He also served as a financial advisor to philanthropist Paul Mellon from 1948 until Mellon's death in 1999.
