Roy Moyer (1921-2007) was a painter and arts administrator from New York, N.Y.

Moyer was a longtime arts administrator at the American Federation of Arts, becoming director in 1963 and overseeing the 50th anniversary of the 1913 Armory Show. Leaving the American Federation of Arts in 1971, he was chief of art and design at UNICEF until his retirement in 1986. Mr. Moyer's partner, Karl Lunde, was a professor of art history at William Patterson University.
