William, Thomas
Variant namesThomas William Halligan is an Alaskan. He has written a number of books including children's stories, poetry, and novels under the pen name Thomas William. His published works include Brien, Prince Donkey: A Christmas Story, The Denali Christmas, Come See, Come Saw: An Alaskan Saga, Advancing Backward, and Retreating Forward.

Thomas William was a Congregational minister and hymnist was born in 1761 in Glamorgan. He married Jane Morgan in 1790 and they lived in Fonmon and later Flemingston in the same county. He died in 1844 and was buried at Bethesda'r Fro Chapel.
