International Folk Dance Ensemble
Variant namesThe folk dance program was established at Brigham Young University in 1956 under the direction of Mary Bee Jensen. The International Folk Dance Ensemble performs folk dances from around the world, participating in national and international festivals. During international festivals, the group becomes the American Folk Dance Ensemble and restricts itself to American folk dances.
