Parish, Jay J., 1923-
Parish (b.1923) served in the Army from 1943 to 1945, primarily in the Headquarters Battery of the 217th Field Artillery Battalion.
After his honorable discharge, he worked for the Wisconsin Bell Telephone Company for twenty-seven years and owned his own engraving business, Appleton Trophy and Engraving. He and his first wife married in 1946 and raised five children, and Parish retired in 1982. In 1984, his wife passed away, and he remarried in 1999. Parish currently resides in his hometown of Appleton (Wisconsin).
