Horace Hayes Fuller (b. Aug. 10, 1886, Fort Meade, South Dakota-d. Sept. 18, 1966), Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1909 and served in the Philippines from 1914 to 1916, and with the 108th Field Artillery, American Expeditionary Force, during World War I. After graduating from Command and General Staff School and the Army War College, he became military attaché in Paris from 1935 to 1940. He was commanding general of the 41st Infantry Division during World War II and deputy chief of staff of Southeast Asia Command from 1940 until his retirement in August 1946.
