Dartmouth Choral Society.
The Dartmouth Choral Society was organized in 1871 by Robert Fletcher, Hiram U. King and Alva H. Morrill. It was open to members of the College and Hanover community interested in vocal performance. The executive committee consisted of "three gentlemen and three ladies." The meetings usually entailed a rehearsal and business agenda.
